The potential of energy from water in and around the Wadden region
The Wadden Fund has the ambition to make the energy supply in the Wadden area (Wadden Islands, Friesland, Groningen and the tip of North Holland) more sustainable. This is a major task in the Wadden area because, because of the preservation of the open and wide landscape as a core value of the area, wind energy is not a preferred option.
