The NEW consortium, consisting of Wetsus, the University of Groningen, Deltares and NOM, will receive 8 million euros to make new water technology worthwhile. Wetsus is involved in 247 water projects. REDstack on the Afsluitdijk is mentioned as one of the successful start-ups from the Wetsus incubator.
